Enterprise Users — NAV Engine

How does the NAV Engine work?
Submit your hardware list using the INSTANT form on the homepage. Include make, model, part number, quantity, and condition. The NAV Engine prices your equipment against live market data and returns a verified cash offer within 4 hours.
What happens after I submit?
You will receive a verification email. Once confirmed, the NAV Engine runs and generates an offer. You will receive the offer by email with a 72-hour window to accept.
How is my offer calculated?
The NAV Engine pulls comparable sales from active secondary market sources. Your offer is based on current market value — not retail price. We price conservatively on the buy side so our offers are sustainable and closeable.
What if I have a large or complex lot?
Use the DIRECT service line. A TECHNAVERSE rep will contact you within 2 hours to discuss your inventory and structure a transaction that fits your situation.
How does payment work?
Payment method is assigned automatically based on deal size. Under $10K: PayPal. $10K to $50K: Escrow. Above $50K: Wire transfer.
How long does the process take?
INSTANT submissions receive an offer within 4 hours of email verification. Payment is processed at confirmation, not at pickup.
What equipment do you buy?
Servers, storage, networking equipment, compute infrastructure, and current-generation GPU and AI hardware. Brands include Dell, HP, Cisco, Nvidia, AMD, NetApp, Pure Storage, and others.

Resellers — BST Exchange

How do I join the BST Exchange?
Go to technaverse.com/bst/register and create a profile. Registration is free. Our team reviews all applications and will contact you to verify your business before approving your account.
What can I do on the BST Exchange?
Browse the live feed of WTS and WTB listings. Post your own listings. Submit bids on WTS listings and quotes on WTB listings. Set alerts for MPNs or categories you trade.
What does it cost?
Browsing the feed is free. Posting listings, seeing prices, and submitting bids and quotes requires a Standard subscription at $20 per month. Premium at $100 per month adds pre-market access to enterprise NAV Engine submissions before they are publicly offered.
What is the Premium NAV alert?
When an enterprise submits hardware through the NAV Engine, Premium resellers receive an alert with the submission details and a window to submit a bid. This is pre-market access to motivated enterprise sellers before the offer goes out.
How do bids and quotes work?
On a WTS listing, click Make an Offer and enter your bid per unit. On a WTB listing, click Submit Quote and enter your price. Both parties are notified by email. All interactions are directly between you and the listing poster.
Does TECHNAVERSE participate in the BST Exchange?
Yes. TECHNAVERSE participates as a reseller when it chooses to post listings or submit bids. It follows the same rules as every other participant. Interactions are between the parties involved.
What is the strikes policy?
Three verified bad feedback reports result in account suspension. First strike: warning. Second strike: warning plus a $20 fine. Third strike: 3-month suspension with reinstatement fees required to return.
